Seaside Serenity Counseling is in-network with Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, Cigna, United Healthcare, Optum, Oxford Health Plan, UMR, Surest, and AmeriHealth.

Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, services may be covered in full or in part. As a courtesy, we will verify your insurance benefits so you have a clear understanding of your out-of-pocket expenses. However, insurance providers may occasionally quote benefits incorrectly, so we encourage you to verify your coverage as well.

Seaside Serenity Counseling recommends asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:

• Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
• Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it, and have I met it yet?
• Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
• Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?
• Do I have telehealth coverage? Is my co-pay different for in person than for telehealth? 

Payment

Seaside Serenity Counseling accepts all major credit cards as payment. If you need to use a different payment method, please contact our office to discuss available options.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you will be charged a $110 late cancellation fee.
